EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGERS
Soget provides customers with experienced Project Managers capable of managing all the production processes to be implemented, whether for a single translation or a complex project.

All our Project Managers are highly qualified and possess the professional attributes required by the UNI 10574 Standard.
Project Mangers act as the direct point of contact for customers.
Their duties involve coordinating teams of translators, localisers and editing staff, as well as approving and monitoring resources and carrying out all the necessary procedural controls.
FULLY TESTED MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Our Project Managers use Soget's corporate management program to register and monitor the various project stages, from receipt of an order to invoicing and archiving. This tool was personally developed by our company, and is constantly kept up to date in order to optimise all processes, trace all jobs, and provide instant information regarding their progress, as well as to offer continuity through time, allowing special instructions to be recorded and offering a wealth of further functions.
CTM systems
In addition to managing the entire process by means of its own management software, Soget adopts proprietary CTM (Corporate Translation Management) systems, such as the Across system, integrating its own services with its customers' workflows.
Last but not least, our Project Managers are responsible for validating glossaries, fundamental for the quality of a translation.
