SUPPLIER CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003

As the company in charge of processing personal data pursuant to art. 4), para. 1, letter  f) of Lgs. Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, Soget S.r.l, with registered office in Italy – 20146 Milan, via Roncaglia no. 14 (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), hereby informs you that the data you have provided and company and fiscal data which may be collected by third parties for any of the purposes specified below, will be handled within the sphere of the Company’s activity both using and not using electronic and data transmission tools, with logics strictly correlated to the purposes and in any case in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
The data shall be used:

1. solely to manage contact with the supplier and, in particular, to obtain preliminary information in order to enter into a contract with the supplier; to carry out the obligations arising from the contract entered into with the supplier; for supplier administration purposes; to manage orders, invoices and deliveries; for selecting suppliers according to the requirements of the business; for managing legal cases;

2. for reasons connected to obligations foreseen by the law, regulations and EU standards.
The provision of data is optional. We however wish to point out that failure to send necessary data (eg. Company data, VAT, tax code, etc), or refusing to allow us to process it, will make it impossible for the Data Controller to proceed with the contractual relations indicated above.

In the case of communications and propagation of material carried out for executing legal obligations, data may be communicated to the following categories: end clients; credit institutions; professionals and consultants for the sole purpose of performing the activities and managing the contractual relations indicated above and for managing our rights in the best possible way for each individual commercial relation.

Furthermore, the data may be communicated to or learned of by the following categories of appointees identified in writing who have received specific instructions: employees and collaborators of the Company; professionals, consultants, companies the Company uses for corporate management and administration (PC and network maintenance engineers , lawyers, accountants).
The data will be processed throughout the whole contractual period in place and in the period following it in the limits of time and for the fulfilment of all legal obligations.

We remind you that you can exercise the rights provided by section 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (by way of example, the right to request the data be updated, corrected, deleted, integrated), within the limits and under the conditions outlined in sections 8, 9 and 10 of the mentioned legislative decree, by writing to the Processing Manager (Accounting dept.) at the above-mentioned e-mail address:
