Every translation is managed by an experienced Project Manager, who supports the customer throughout the project, issuing:
- a glossary (resulting from data mining activities or previous translations)
- translation style guidelines (general or user specific).
In addition to qualifying and monitoring collaborators, our Project Managers manage:
- translators and localisers
- language revisers
- specialised reviewers
- DTP operators, etc.
as well as concrete solutions aimed at improving translation quality and reducing costs and time-to-market.
These solutions include computer aided translation systems (CAT): a technology based on the use of translation memories (Across, SDL Trados, Star, etc.) and on the drafting of glossaries, enabling projects to be split among various translators while achieving consistent results, of a professional standard.
This technology submits previously translated text to the translator, thus reducing translation lead times and costs,
and enables the translator to work directly on the original file format.
Our in-house DTP Department offers customers the opportunity of receiving their documentation directly in any DTP format: Adobe InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe PageMaker, Interleaf QuickSilver, MS Publisher and QuarkXPress in Windows and Macintosh.

The languages we translate most often – in various fields of specialisation – are Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Central European and Baltic languages (Czech, Croatian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Hungarian, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian), Hindi and other Indian languages.
We also avail of translators who work with language pairs that do not include Italian (e.g. from English to French or from English to German), thus allowing us to provide professional translations from and into foreign languages at no extra cost.
