In general, Visio diagrams and charts contain a considerable amount of repeated text.
The traditional translation process means having to re-translate the same text over and over, thus lengthening text insertion and DTP resizing times.
Our methodology consists in exporting texts from Visio diagrams into a translation memory based system such as Across Language Server, SDL Trados and Star Transit, which allows our translators to translate all text just once, offering the translation up automatically whenever the original phrase or word is repeated.
This solution not only reduces delivery times and costs, but also ensures the constant use of uniform terminology.

The translated texts are then exported back into the original drawing, replacing the source text and maintaining the original layout.
The translated Visio diagram will be entirely true to the original - complete, free of spelling errors and adopting consistent terminology.
We translate Visio diagrams in Office Visio Standard and Professional 2003 or 2007.
In addition to returning translations in the original Visio format and in all the formats supported by the application, we can also supply the documents in PDF or XPS form.
