PROCESSES BEHIND EVERY FRENCH TRANSLATION
Our ISO 9001-certified quality management system envisages the application of specific procedures for every French translation, localisation and DTP project:
- a precise and rapid quote is provided for every translation into and from French. Estimates are provided based on word count, the reduction in costs and production times obtained via the use of translation memories, and any additional management, DTP or printing services.
Estimates may be requested 24-7 via our online forms; - French translations are carried out exclusively by mother tongue professionals. Soget's human resource selection requirements are based both on translating, linguistic, research and elaboration skills and on cultural and academic training, taking into consideration the potential collaborator's level of experience in various specialisation areas and his/her IT know how;
- every translation is monitored, registering all quality controls carried out. Standard and additional controls requested by the client are documented;
- every translation from and into French is managed by an experienced Project manager, who tracks the project in all its stages and guarantees the quality of the work submitted.
