Soget was one of the first companies in Italy to adopt a Quality System certified in line with the BS EN ISO 9001 standard.
It is now also one of the first European companies to be certified in line with the BS EN15038 standard, which determines the requirements of a translation service provider.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
No product or service is delivered to a client until it has passed all the tests required by the Soget Quality Assurance system, so that our clients can be certain they will receive a high quality product that will conform to their expectations.
The Project Manager is responsible for rationalising management of human and technological resources and for defining the actions, methods and means of operation for each activity and the checks to be carried out and records to be kept.
This person is also responsible for checking the results of the activity in terms of product quality and customer satisfaction.
We apply standard quality checks to each translation, DTP or other job requested, and we conduct checks on demand in accordance with our customers’ specifications.
A list of standard checks is available upon request.
