A modern services company requires efficient IT systems capable of transferring large files (typical of localisation and publishing projects), of providing databases and translation memories in real time (allowing translators to work simultaneously on the same project) and, in general, of managing all production processes, guaranteeing traceability, control, safety, etc.

TECHNICAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES
We offer CAT (Computer Aided Translation) and CTM (Corporate Translation Management) solutions, integrating the specialised activities of our translators, localisers, DTP operators, etc, in a single workflow between us and the customer.
Our translation, localisation and DTP departments are managed by Project Managers (see Project Management) who coordinate all the production processes using a specific management tool developed by our programmers (see Management Programme).

QUALITY SYSTEM 
Our production activities are regulated by a Quality Management System which has been certified in line with the EN ISO 9001 and EN 15038 standards.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
At Soget, confidentiality, security and data protection are regarded as necessary elements in supporting communication, production processes and corporate tradition.
Every translated document is covered by the professional secrecy act and, in many cases, by specific confidentiality agreements.

Translation, localisation and publishing projects often rely on previously created databases (glossaries, translation memories, templates, etc.), the loss or deterioration of which would have serious consequences. Copies of all jobs carried out and, in general, all the results of our production, management and tax processes – the company's historical activities – are archived on electronic mediums that ensure the possibility of accessing and preserving them through time.

The files and data we translate and produce are sent to the customer by email or via the Internet, thus exposing them to the risk of viruses.
Furthermore, Outlook and other email programmes expose our customers' email addresses to virus attacks or an invasion of unwanted emails (spamming).

Given the above, Soget has adopted and keeps up-to-date the best antivirus, anti-spamming and archiving (backup) solutions and, at the customer's request, shared document encoding solutions.
