Soget was one of the first companies to adopt a Quality System which complies with the UNI EN ISO 9001 Standard, and to obtain the relevant certification.
The decision to adopt such a system has its roots in essential strategic needs, such as continuous compliance with regulations, procedures and operational instructions, but also, indeed above all, in our desire to raise our quality standards, placing increasing attention on the expectations of individual customers.
THE ADVANTAGES
A Quality System can be defined as a means of achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring the efficiency of company processes. Introducing a Quality System into a company means efficiently organising – and systematically monitoring – all the activities which contribute to ensuring quality of service. It is our operational guide to avoiding chance in the results of company processes and reducing organisational inefficiencies in production processes.
Our Quality Management System offers a number of advantages, such as:
- Rationalised management of human and technological resources
- Optimised organisational procedures and standardised operational processes
- Improved corporate organisation
- Qualitative uniformity of services
- Reduced inefficiencies and, consequently, less exposure to errors
QUALITY system
Soget's Quality System involves monitoring the entire production process, appointing specific corporate functions entrusted with quality controls, and allocating responsibilities.
Procedures and quality checks are described in the Quality System Documentation.
A copy of the updated Quality Manual is available to Customers upon request. The Quality Manual is a code of practice applying to the whole Quality System, defining who does what, when, how and why, according to documented procedures, at all levels in the company. It also includes the Quality Policy.
Our Quality Manager makes sure that the System is implemented in such way that every employee is aware of the relevant procedures and any changes that will be made in it.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
No product or service is delivered to a client until it has passed all the tests required by the Soget Quality Assurance system, so that our clients can be certain they will receive a high quality product that will conform to their expectations.
The Project Manager is responsible for rationalising management of human and technological resources and for defining the actions, methods and means of operation for each activity and the checks to be carried out and records to be kept.
This person is also responsible for checking the results of the activity in terms of product consistency and customer satisfaction.
We apply standard quality checks to each translation job and we conduct checks on demand in accordance with customers’ specifications.
Appropriate standard checks are also applied for publishing and other services provided by Soget.
In-house networking solutions constitute an integral part of the Quality System: automated antivirus control, data protection and filing, secure file transfer and email exchange server are some examples.
