Newsletters may be provided in RSS Feed format. 
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML format for the distribution of contents on the Web. When read by a specific software application called Feed Aggregator, RSS Feeds allow numerous websites to be followed through a single interface, resulting in huge time savings. The Aggregator regularly consults all the sites entered in a list, displaying any new message received. Free aggregators include GreatNews and FeedReader for Windows and NetNewsWire for Mac.
