Soget has developed a software package aimed at managing all corporate activities, from receipt of an order to invoicing.
This tool allows our project managers to find out, at any time, the job progress status, the staff involved, cost details and all other procedural information, allowing them to provide customers with up-to-date information.

This complex and all-encompassing tool is kept up to date at all times, and creates a detailed profile regarding the customer's needs and preferences, the translators and staff involved and all other information concerning the execution of the job requested.
All Soget employees is authorised to use the application, although in a controlled manner and for the sole uses pertaining to their responsibilities (commercial, management, administration, etc.)

Project Managers, for example, can search for translators in our official translator database, on the basis of language handled, specialisation, qualification, software used, and other search criteria. All human resources involved in the execution of our services are monitored, creating accurate and up to date quality profiles.
The application includes many functions required by our corporate Quality System, such as specific controls, process validations and the registration and management of any non-conformity.
